摘要
[目的]评价和分析云南省全科住院医师规范化培训公共课程培训效果及影响因素,为促进和完善公共课程培训提供参考。[方法]本研究随机整群抽取云南省6家全科住培基地的220名全科住培学员为调查对象,进行公共课程培训效果评价问卷调查。采用x2检验、二分类Logistic回归分析影响全科住培公共课程培训效果的因素。[结果]121名(55.00%)全科住培学员认为当前公共课程培训效果不好,经单因素和多因素分析,不同性别、年龄、规培年级、规培基地、公共课程培训要求知晓情况和开展公共课程必要性情况是影响公共课程培训效果的因素(P <0.05)。[结论]云南省全科住培公共课程效果偏低,影响全科住培公共课程培训效果的因素较多,基地教学管理不严、自身思想不重视和在线学习条件有限明显制约公共课程培训成效。
Objective Training effect of general practice resident doctor standardized training public course and the influence factor in Yunnan Province so as to provide evaluation and basis and reference of analysis for promoting and perfecting public training course. Methods This study randomly cluster extracted 220 general practice resident trainers from 6 general practice resident training bases in Yunnan Province as the respondents to conducted questionnaire survey of public course training effect evaluation. Analyzed influence factors of training effect of general practice resident doctor standardized training public course by x~2 test and binary classification logistic regression. Results 121(55.00%) general practice resident training students thought that current public course training effect was not good. Through single factor and multiple factor analysis, different gender, age, standardized training grade, standardized training public course training(p<0.05). Conclusions The effect of general practice resident doctor standardized training public course in Yunnan Province is low. There are more factors affecting training effect of general practice resident doctor standardized training public course, it is not strict with teaching management in the base, indifference in self-idea and limited online learning obviously restrict the effectiveness of public course training.
