摘要
核电阀门的抗震性能是衡量其安全可靠性的重要指标之一。本文针对一种核一级三通阀门进行了抗震性能分析。首先,针对预应力对阀门的固有频率的影响进行了分析探讨;其次,提出了三通阀门的边界载荷施加方法并基于workbench软件进行了计算;最后,根据RCC-M应力评价规范,在阀门组件危险点处划定路径并进行评定。结果表明,所划定的4条危险路径应力分布均未超过阀门所能承受的应力极限值,即所设计的阀门符合设计规范,能够满足工况要求。论文分析结果为该类核一级三通阀门的抗震分析以及进一步结构优化设计提供了参考依据。
Seismic performance of nuclear power valve is one of the important indexes to measure its safety and reliability.In this paper,the seismic performance of a nuclear class I three-way valve is analyzed.Firstly,the influence of prestress on the natural frequency of valve is analyzed;Secondly,the method of applying boundary load of threeway valve is proposed and calculated based on workbench software;Finally,according to the RCC-M stress evaluation code,the dangerous points of valve components are determined and evaluated.The results show that the stress distribution of the four dangerous paths is within the limit value of the valve,that means,the designed Valve conforms to the design specification and can meet the working condition requirements.The results of this paper provide a reference for the seismic analysis and further structural optimization design of three-way valve.
