摘要
介绍了核安全一级阀门结构应力分析方法在阀门设计中的重要作用。以核安全一级电动截止阀为例,采用规范法和分析法对阀门的承压边界进行了力学分析和计算,并对阀门主法兰和连接螺栓的计算结果作了对比和评价。
Design by analysis method must be used for the nuclear safety class 1 valve as the regulations of nuclear safety codes. Detailed stress distribution in the valve structure should be analyzed and evaluated. This paper introduces the mechanical analysis of a nuclear safety class 1 electric shutoff valve. The introduction will focus on the communications between the designer and the analyzer of the valve. Some advisements are given by the analyzer based on the mechanical analysis results of the valve structure.
