摘要
“脑-肠轴”和“肝-肠轴”学说在胃肠、肝脏及中枢神经系统相关疾病的治疗中已得到了学者的广泛认同,但将这两种学说联系起来提出的“肝-脑-肠轴”研究偏少。一方面“肝-脑-肠轴”概念的提出可延伸“脑-肠轴”、“肝-肠轴”两种学说的覆盖范围,并将脑、肝、肠从病理生理上有机地结合起来,为相关疾病提供新的干预手段和治疗措施;另一方面探讨其在中医学理论中气化相通的脏腑辨证关系,可从中医视角提供新的研究思路和相关疗法。
The "Brain-gut Axis" and "Liver-gut Axis" theories have been widely recognized by scholars in the treatment of gastrointestinal, hepatic and central nervous system related diseases, however, the "Liver-gut Axis" research proposed by linking these two theories is less.On the one hand, the concept of "Liver-brain-gut Axis" can extend the coverage of the two theories of "Brain-gut Axis" and "Liver-gut Axis",and link the brain, liver and gut orderly from pathophysiology.To providenew interventions and treatments for related diseases.On the other hand, to explore the relationship between the Zang-fu and phlegm of gasification in Chinese medicine theory, and to provide new research ideas and related therapies from the perspective of Chinese medicine.
