摘要目的:深度解读《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,回答体育课程思政疑问,以太极拳课程为例构建体育类课程思政的理论和实践方法。方法:采取文献资料和实践总结的方法,并结合实际课程应用。结果:体育课程思政是在体育课上通过激活或融入思政元素,优化教学方法,促进体育知识与技能培养与立德树人相得益彰的教学形式;体育类课程思政具有育人范围广、育人方法多、育人途径乐、育人体验深、育人思想丰、育人价值特的特点;制订课程目标应该从体育的专业知识与思政元素有机双向互动出发,由思政点——线——面——体,构成一个课程的专业+思政体系;体育课程思政的教学内容不同于一般教学内容之处在于发掘专业与思政元素的有机融合。结论:体育不仅仅是育体,更重要的是育人。体育课程思政具有不可取代的教育价值。 The paper aims to deeply interpret the Guiding Outline of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction in Colleges and Universities to solve the ideological and political doubts in physical education courses,and to take taichi course as an example to construct the theory and practive of ideological and political education in physical education courses.Literature review and practice summary methods are adopted.The ideological and political education in physical education course is a teaching form,in which physical education knowledge and skills as well as strengthening moral education and cultivating people complement each other by activating or integrating the elements of ideological and political education,and optimizing the teaching methods.The ideological and political education of physical education courses has the characteristics of education wide range,many methods,happy ways,deep experience,abundant thought and special value.The curriculum goal should be established from the two-way interaction between the professional knowledge of physical education and the elements of ideological and political education,from the ideological and political point,line,plane,to three dimension to construct a curriculum system of profession and ideological and political education.The teaching content of ideological and political education in physical education course is different from the common teaching content in exploring the integration of profession and ideological and political elements.It is concluded that physical education emphasizing not only physical health,but also cultivating people.The ideological and political education of physical education curriculum has irreplaceable educational value.
