摘要
随着社会进步,现代化教育管理手段日益丰富,互联网时代的到来给个性化培训和管理提供了捷径。幻灯片演示、微课、慕课及翻转课堂这些现代化课堂教学手段不仅给教师教学带来便利,同时能够满足学生个性化发展需求。构建高职个性化学习现代化培训及管理体系,针对高职学生个性化特征,采取线上线下相结合的培训模式,既能满足学生个性化发展的需求,又能通过课堂交流互动体现人文情感;运用大数据记录学生的签到情况、学习动态、互动情况、习题完成情况和日常生活轨迹,勾勒学生个性图谱,教师根据学生各项数据进行分析,有针对性地进行个性化教学管理;学院搭建互联网平台,通过校园网、云班课和数字平台等为教师教学、教务管理、图书管理和行政管理提供便利,实现了现代化的个性化管理。
with the progress of the society,modern education management means are increasingly rich.The advent of the internet era provides a shortcut for personalized training and management.Modern classroom teaching means such as slides,micro class,MOOCS and flipped classroom not only bring convenience to teachers’teaching,but also meet the needs of students’personalized development.To build a modern training and management system of personalized learning in higher vocational colleges,the online and offline training mode is adopted according to the personalized characteristics of higher vocational students,which can not only meet the needs of students’personalized development,but also reflect the humanistic feelings through classroom communication and interaction;big data is used to record students’attendance,learning dynamics,interaction,exercise completion and daily life.The college constructs an internet platform to provide convenience for teachers’teaching,educational administration,library management and administrative management through campus network,cloud class and digital platform.
