摘要
习近平总书记强调有效应对我国人口老龄化,事关国家发展全局,事关亿万百姓福祉。如何有效应对人口老龄化带来的挑战?实现积极老龄化,将是应对之策,更是长远战略。文章从积极看待老龄社会、积极看待老年人和老年生活出发,提出推进老年教育发展与老年服务人才培养,引导、服务与日俱增的老年人群的生活需求和精神文化需求。
General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that effectively coping with aging of population in China affects the overall development of the country and the well-being of hundreds of millions of people.How to effectively respond to the challenge of aging of population?The realization of proactiveaging is not only a countermeasure but also a long-term strategy.Based on a positive view on the aging society,the elderly and their life,this paper proposes to promote the development of senior citizen education and cultivation of elderly service talents,and provide guidance and service for the growing needs of the elderly in life and spiritual culture.
