体育锻炼对农村留守儿童心理健康水平的干预研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用问卷调查法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法对农村留守儿童进行心理干预研究,农村留守儿童多因父母外出打工,长期缺少父母的关心和教育,导致这些农村留守儿童出现不同程度的心理问题。本研究以农村留守儿童心理健康现状为基础,通过体育锻炼干预对小学五、六年级农村留守儿童进行体育干预实验,探索农村留守儿童心理问题出现的原因和解决办法。通过对农村留守儿童进行16周的体育锻炼干预后,发现农村留守儿童在学习、对人、孤独、自责、过敏、冲动、身体和恐怖八个内容因子上都有明显改变。结果显示:本次实验中的体育干预能够明显提高农村留守儿童的心理健康水平。同时调查还发现,农村留守儿童出现心理健康方面问题的主要原因可以概括为:留守儿童父母外出,家庭教育问题严峻;学校体育课管理松懈,教师缺乏责任意识;农村教师教学理念落后,青年教师流动性大。 This study adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to conduct psychological intervention research on rural left-behind children.Most of the left-behind children in rural areas suffer from psychological problems to varying degrees due to their parents'working away from home and their long-term lack of parents'care and education.Based on the mental health status of rural left-behind children,this study conducted an experimental study on physical education intervention for rural left-behind children in fifth and sixth grades in primary schools through physical exercise intervention.To explore the causes and solutions of psychological problems of left-behind children in rural areas.After 16 weeks of physical exercise intervention on rural left-behind children,it is found that the left-behind children in rural areas are significantly improved in learning,people,loneliness,self-accusation,allergy,impulsiveness,body and terror.The results show that the physical education intervention in this experiment can significantly improve the mental health of left-behind children in rural areas.At the same time,the investigation also found that the main reasons for the mental health problems of left-behind children in rural areas can be summarized as follows:the parents of left-behind children go out,and the family education problem is serious;The school physical education management is lax,the teacher lacks the responsibility consciousness;Rural teachers'teaching concept is backward and young teachers have great mobility.
