摘要
不论从主观方面增强推进制度治党的积极性,还是从客观方面加快党的全方位建设,都离不开保障党员权利这一重要范畴。虽然中国共产党一直都很重视发展党内民主,不断探索改进保障党员权利的方式,但因一些主客观因素的影响,在实际操作中仍面临着不少问题和挑战。因此,要加快完善保障党员权利的制度体系,从制度建设和党内政治生活运行双向入手,健全相关配套措施,真正把保障党员权利落稳落实。
No matter from the subjective aspect to enhance the enthusiasm of promoting the system to govern the party,or from the objective aspect to accelerate the party's all-round construction,cannot leave the protection of party members'rights this important category.Although the CPC has always attached great importance to the development of intra-party democracy and constantly explored ways to improve the protection of party members'rights,it still faces many problems and challenges in practice due to the influence of some subjective and objective factors.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the improvement of the system system to guarantee the rights of Party members,starting from the construction of the system and the two-way operation of intra-party political life,improve the relevant supporting measures,and truly ensure the steady implementation of the protection of party members'rights.
