谈高校理论课教学质量评价体系构建与实践 被引量:8

摘要 高校一般对教师都有最低课时工作量要求,但缺乏完善的教学质量评价体系,以致多数教师注重数量而忽视质量。文章结合以往实践经验,构建高校教师教学质量的评价体系。该评价从学生、教学督导、同行专家、管理者四方面,构建理论课堂教学质量评价体系。对15名相关专业基础与专业课教师按照上述评价体系进行评价,权值按学生0.5、督导0.25、同行0.1、管理者0.15核算,评价结果较为客观。得分高者确实是大家公认的教学上的“名师”,学生评教与督导组评教的成绩区分度大,二者几乎正相关。采用该评价指标对同一名教师担任的3门课程逐一评价,其评价的结果也得到了教师的认可。 The teachers usually have the workload requirements of minimum class hour in colleges and universities,but many teachers lay emphasis on teaching quantity not quality owing to being short of thorough teaching quality evaluation system.The paper constructs the teaching quality evaluation system to teachers in colleges and universities combining past practical experience.The teaching quality evaluation system of the theory course is constructed through the four aspects of students,teaching supervisors,peer experts and managers.15 teachers of relevant basic and specialized courses were evaluated using this evaluation system.The weights of evaluation system were calculated according to 0.5 of students,0.25 of supervisors,0.1 of peers and 0.15 of managers,and the evaluation results were relatively objective.These teachers with high scores were indeed"famous teachers"approved by others in teaching field.The grades of the students'evaluation and the supervision group's evaluation had a large distinction degree using the evaluation system,and the two grades were almost positively correlated.The evaluation index was used to evaluate the 3 courses of the same teacher one by one,and the evaluation results were also approved by the teacher.
