摘要
文章从基础建设、生产应用、竞争力和效益三个方面构建2004—2017年省级层面工业智能化水平指标,并基于工业智能化视角探讨人口老龄化对制造业高水平“走出去”的影响及机制。研究发现:人口老龄化能够显著地倒逼制造业出口技术升级,促进制造业高水平“走出去”,而这一机制作用的发挥在相当程度上依赖于工业智能化的发展水平;分地区来看,在经济发展程度较高地区倒逼作用仍然显著存在,但在经济发展程度较低地区这一作用并不显著;进一步纳入工业智能化后,经济发展程度较高地区工业智能化能够显著地增强人口老龄化倒逼机制作用,并且由于“新索洛悖论”现象的存在使其增强作用远远高于全国整体水平。研究结论从工业智能化视角为探究人口老龄化倒逼制造业高水平“走出去”提供必要的理论和经验支持。
This paper constructs the level index of industrial intelligence at provincial level from 2004 to 2017 from three aspects of infrastructure,production application,competitiveness and efficiency,and discusses the influence and mechanism of population aging on high-level"going out"of manufacturing industry from the perspective of industrial intelli⁃gence.It is found that the population aging can significantly force the upgrading of manufacturing export technology and promote the high level of"going out"of manufacturing industry,and the role of this mechanism depends on the develop⁃ment level of industrial intelligence to a certain extent;in terms of different regions,the role of backwardness is still significant in areas with higher economic development,but it is not significant in areas with lower economic development;with the further integration of industrial intelligence,industrial intelligence in areas with higher economic development can sig⁃nificantly enhance the role of population aging force mechanism,and because of the existence of"Modern Solow's Paradox",its strengthening effect is far higher than that of the whole country.From the perspective of industrial intelligence,the research conclusion provides the necessary theoretical and empirical support to explore the population aging forces the manufacturing industry to"going out"at a high level.
