我国县域医疗共同体建设实效评价 被引量:28

摘要 目的对我国县域医疗共同体实施效果进行评价,为完善县域医疗共同体建设提供依据和建议。方法采用TOPSIS法、秩和比法及二者模糊联合法对2019年我国6大行政区县域医疗共同体实施效果进行综合评价对比。结果华东区(0.853 5、0.902 8、0.897 8、0.878 1、0.858 4)和中南区(0.731 0、0.888 9、0.873 1、0.809 9、0.746 8)实施效果较好,最不理想的为东北区(0.060 6、0.236 1、0.215 6、0.133 3、0.051 1)。结论 TOPSIS法、秩和比法及二者模糊联合的评价方法运算结果基本一致,能够客观地评价我国县域医疗共同体的实施效果,结论科学、客观、准确。县域医疗共同体建设应进一步加强优质资源上下贯通,提高牵头医院辐射带动作用,充分发挥医疗共同体整体联合作用,实现县域医疗卫生服务体系高质量发展。 Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of the county medical alliance in China,and to provide basis and suggestions for improving the construction of the county medical alliance.Methods The fuzzy combination of TOPSIS method and RSR method was used to comprehensively evaluate and compare the implementation effect of the national county medical alliance in 2019.Results Eastern China(0.8535,0.9028,0.8978,0.8781 and 0.8584)and Central South China(0.7310,0.8889,0.8731,0.8099 and 0.7468)had good implementation effect,while northeast China(0.0606,0.2361,0.2156,0.1333 and 0.0511)was the least ideal region.Conclusion The calculation results of TOPSIS method,RSR method and their fuzzy joint evaluation method are basically consistent,which can objectively evaluate the implementation effect of county medical alliance in China,and the conclusion is scientific,objective and accurate.The construction of county medical alliance should further strengthen the connection of highquality resources,improve the leading role of hospital radiation,give full play to the overall role of medical alliance,and realize the high-quality development of county medical and health service system.
