摘要
目的探讨多维度协同护理对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年2月至2020年2月在本院心内科进行治疗的129例老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者,根据给予的护理措施不同进行分组。对照组患者开展心内科常规护理,研究组患者在心内科常规护理基础上联合多维度协同护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果出院当天,两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均较入院当天降低,且研究组的下降幅度显著高于对照组(P <0.05);出院当天,研究组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将多维度协同护理模式应用于老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者中的护理效果显著,能显著缓解患者的负面情绪,改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods From February 2019 to February 2020, 129 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure were selected and divided into groups according to different nursing measures. Patients in the control group received routine nursing in cardiology, while patients in the study group received multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on the basis of routine nursing in cardiology. Compare the nursing efffect of the two group. Results On the day of discharge, SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in both groups were lower than those on the day of admission, and the decrease in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). On the day of discharge, the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure has significant nursing effect, which can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve their quality of life.
