有机肥和EDTA强化小飞蓬修复溃坝区Cd污染土壤的研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]本文旨在寻求溃坝区不同程度度镉(Cd)污染土壤的植物修复技术。[方法]采用室外盆栽试验,研究了施用有机肥和EDTA对Cd超积累植物小飞蓬(Conyza Canadensis L.)的生长和吸收累积Cd的影响。[结果]轻度Cd污染水平(0.8 mg·kg^-1)下,小飞蓬能保持良好生长,且能将更多的镉积累在地上部。在较高的土壤Cd污染水平(Cd含量0.8 mg·kg^-1基础上添加10 mg·kg^-1的Cd)下,小飞蓬地上部和根系的Cd含量均显著增加,植物的生长受到抑制。在供试的2种Cd污染情况下增施有机肥(20 g·kg^-1的牛粪),均有利于促进小飞蓬的生长,使得在植株Cd含量变化不显著的情况下,仍能明显增加土壤Cd的移出率。乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)的施加显著增加了小飞蓬根系和地上部的镉含量,且植物体内的镉含量随EDTA施加量的增加而增加;虽然高浓度EDTA(438 mg·kg^-1)的施加会抑制植物的生长,但是小飞蓬对土壤镉的移除率仍是显著增加。在较低的土壤Cd浓度条件下,增施有机肥或添加高量EDTA能极显著增加小飞蓬地上部总镉量,但添加低量EDTA对小飞蓬地上部总镉量影响未达显著水平;在土壤镉含量较高的情况下,则表现为增施有机肥并不能增加小飞蓬地上部总镉量,而添加低量EDTA或高量EDTA均可显著增加小飞蓬地上部总镉量。[结论]在低Cd污染溃坝区,通过增施有机肥和较高浓度的EDTA可以增加小飞蓬对土壤中Cd的去除效果;在土壤含Cd较高的情况下,通过低浓度的EDTA即可增加小飞蓬对土壤中镉的去除率。 [Objective]The research was designed to explore the phyto-remediation technology for the soil contaminated by cad⁃mium(Cd)at different degrees in dam-break area.[Methods]Outdoor pot-culture experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of organic manure and EDTA on the growth rate and Cd accumulation ability of Cd-hyper accumulated plant,Cony⁃za canadensis L.[Results]The results showed that C.canadensis had good performance when planted in the soil with Cd con⁃centration at 0.8 mg·kg^-1,and a higher Cd content was detected in the aboveground plant parts.When the soil Cd content was increased by adding 10 mg·kg^-1 on the basis of Cd concentration of 0.8 mg·kg^-1,the plant growth was inhibited,but the Cd con⁃tent in both aboveground and root system were significantly increased(P<0.05).The application of organic fertilizer(cow dung at 20 g·kg^-1)into different Cd-content soils promoted the plant growth,therefore,the soil Cd removal rate could be signif⁃icantly enhanced even the Cd content in plants did not change significantly.With the increase of Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid(EDTA)concentration,the content of Cd in both above and below-ground plant parts was significantly increased,and positively responded to the increase of EDTA concentration.Although a high concentration of EDTA(438 mg·kg^-1)inhibited plant growth,the Cd removal rate from soil was still significantly increased.Adding organic fertilizer or high amount of EDTA to low Cd-content soil could significantly increase the total Cd content in the aboveground part of C.canadensis,but the effect of low concentration of EDTA on the total cadmium content in the aboveground plant part was not significant(P>0.05).Un⁃der the condition of high soil Cd content,no statistical significance of total Cd content in aboveground plant sections was detect⁃ed with the application of organic fertilizer,while the application of low or high concentration of EDTA significantly increased the total cadmium content in the aboveground part of C.cana
