摘要
研究旨在探讨桑树在重金属污染环境中作为修复植物的潜力,特别是评估其对铅(Pb)污染的耐受性和适应性。首先确定了桑树种子萌发的最佳预处理条件,随后通过实验观察了不同浓度Pb对桑树种子萌发的抑制效应;此外,为了评估缓解Pb胁迫的可能性,研究还进行了使用EDTA和SDS的缓解实验,测试其对桑树种子萌发的影响。实验结果表明,铅对桑树种子萌发具有显著抑制作用,且抑制程度随着Pb浓度的增加而增强;同时,EDTA和SDS的应用在一定程度上缓解了Pb对种子萌发的抑制作用。这些发现为进一步研究桑树对Pb胁迫的响应机制提供了基础。
The aim of this study was to investigate the potential of mulberry as a remediation plant in heavy metal contaminated environments,in particular to assess its tolerance and adaptability to lead(Pb)pollution.Firstly,the optimal pre-treatment conditions for seed germination were determined,and then the inhibition effect of varying Pb concentrations on the process was observed.In addition,the effectiveness of EDTA and SDS in relieving Pb stress on seed germination were conducted.The results showed that Pb significantly hinders the germination of Morus alba seeds,with a more pronounced effect at higher concentrations.However,the application of EDTA and SDS was found to partially alleviate these inhibitory effects.These results provide a foundation for future research on the response mechanisms of Morus alba to Pb stress and its potential in phytoremediation.
