浅谈集通项目混凝土配合比设计及优化设计的重要性

摘要 集通项目自开工以来指挥部提出了“品质工程”的管理理念,工程建设各方面全面开展标准化活动。通过开展高速公路施工标准化活动,建立科学系统的施工标准化体系,将标准化要求贯穿工程施工各个环节,JTJ01中心试验室为确保混凝土质量,根据碎石、砂、水泥等地产材料的状况,对C30、C40、C50等多种标号混凝土从工作性、耐久性、经济性等多方面综合考虑,进行了配合比设计优化,达到了良好的效果。 Since the start of the Jitong project,the headquarters has put forward the management concept of"quality engineering",and all aspects of project construction have carried out standardization activities.Through the development of expressway construction standardization activities,a scientific and systematic construction standardization system has been established,and standardization requirements have been run through all aspects of project construction.In order to ensure the quality of concrete,the JTJ01 central laboratory has adopted the conditions of C30,sand,cement,etc.C40,C50 and other graded concretes have been comprehensively considered in terms of workability,durability,economy and other aspects,and the mixing ratio design has been optimized to achieve good results.
