摘要
建立了索氏提取-气相色谱法测定土壤样品中石油烃(C 10~C 40)的分析方法。采用索氏提取的方式对土壤样品进行提取,以正构烷烃标准溶液进行外标校正定量,线性关系R 2=0.998,方法检出限为5.53 mg/kg,重现性良好,加标回收率为101.4%~121%,相对标准偏差RSD%范围在2.2%~4.7%之间。该方法灵敏度高、准确度及精密度可靠,操作简便、可一次性提取多个样品,适用于大批量样品的分析检测任务。
A method for the determination of total petroleum hydrocarbons(C 10~C 40)in soil samples by Soxhlet extraction-gas chromatography was established.Soxhlet extraction method was used to extract soil samples.The standard solution of n-alkanes was used to calibrate and quantify the soil samples.The correlation coefficient of C 10~C 40 was 0.998.Detection limit of the method was 5.53 mg/kg.The reproducibility of this method was good,The recovery were 101.4%~121%and RSD were 2.2%~4.7%.This method had the advantages of high sensitivity,high accuracy and high precision,simple operation,multiple samples can be extracted at one time,and was suitable for the analysis and detection of large quantities of samples.
