摘要
为了快速准确地进行固体火箭发动机的故障诊断,本文结合有限元法和梯度增强回归算法研究了固体火箭发动机结构界面缺陷参数的预测方法。将有限元结构分析方法与文献对比,验证了分析方法的合理性,并利用ABAQUS进行二次开发来快速准确获取固体发动机的结构参数,并形成数据库,最后使用梯度增强回归算法实现了参数预测。结果表明:本文方法可以实现固体发动机的缺陷参数预测,预测结果良好,可以为下一步工程应用提供理论依据和技术储备。
In order to quickly and accurately diagnose the fault of solid rocket motor,this paper combines finite element method and gradient boosting regression algorithm to study the prediction method of structural interface defect parameters of solid rocket motor.By comparing the finite element structural analysis method with literature,the rationality of the analysis method was verified,and the secondary development of ABAQUS was carried out to achieve the fast and accurate acquisition of structural parameters of solid engine and the formation of database.Finally,the gradient boosting regression algorithm was used to achieve the parameter prediction.The results show that this method can realize defect parameter prediction of solid engine,and the prediction results are good,which can provide theoretical basis and technical reserve for the next engineering application.
