摘要
在医疗护理理念的创新和发展下,对外科护理教学的质量要求更高,为了培育社会需要的复合型人才,要抓好操作技能训练,创新教学方法和理念,改善操作环境,完善考核与评估方法,并利用信息化手段创新教育模式。本文针对外科护理教学操作技能培育的问题进行了阐述,探讨高职外科护理教学中学生操作技能的培育方式和注意事项。
Under the innovation and development of medical nursing concepts,the quality of surgical nursing teaching is higher.In order to cultivate the composite talents required by the society,we must grasp the training of operating skills,innovate teaching methods and concepts,improve the operating environment,and improve the assessment and evaluation methods,and use information technology to innovate educational models.This article expounds on the cultivation of operation skills of surgical nursing teaching,and discusses the cultivation methods and precautions of students'operation skills in surgical nursing teaching of higher vocational education.
