摘要
《护理管理学》课程考试改革由原来的注重笔试考核,变为注重过程考核。笔试考核主要为基础知识考核,成绩比例由原来的70%降为30%;过程考核成绩则占70%,具体包括学习态度、基本技能考核,纪律与参与度考核,问题解决与团队协作能力考核,研讨与探究能力考核。考试改革后注重对学生能力的考查,提升了学生对护理管理知识的掌握程度和应用能力。
This article described the examination reform from a written-centered to a process-centered nursing management course.The written-centered examination focused on basic knowledge and the score proportion decreased from 70% to 30%.The process-centered examination tested students’ learning attitudes,basic practical skills,participation degree,problem-solving ability,and performance in teamwork and the score proportion increased to 70%.The examination reform focused on nursing students’ competence and improved their nursing management knowledge and practical ability.
