摘要
为推进人力资源课程建设,促进新的教学模式改革,人力资源管理课程推行"一条主线、两个真实、一个合作"的"121"教学模式。本研究在分析了人力资源课程的教学现状后,采取将"121"教学模式融入课堂教学,对新的教学模式进行不断探索。
In order to promote the construction of human resources curriculum and promote the reform of new teaching mode,the "121" teaching mode of "one main line,two truths and one cooperation" is carried out in the course of human resources management. After analyzing the current teaching situation of human resources course,this paper takes "121" teaching mode into classroom teaching,and explores the new teaching mode.
