钻井隔水管柔性悬挂系统试验装置设计及仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 半潜式钻井平台隔水管在防台过程中采用硬悬挂和软悬挂均不能完全满足恶劣环境下平台安全撤离要求。根据硬悬挂和软悬挂特点,提出了隔水管柔性悬挂方案,并根据相似原理设计了隔水管柔性悬挂系统试验装置,该试验装置主要包括升沉模拟系统、运动补偿系统和负载等3部分。采用限压补偿法,利用SimulationX软件对隔水管柔性悬挂系统试验装置进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明:本文设计的隔水管柔性悬挂系统试验装置可以模拟平台升沉、削弱隔水管动载等试验功能;隔水管柔性悬挂装置可以运用有限行程降低负载加速度,证明了隔水管柔性悬挂避台的可行性。本文研究成果为半潜式钻井平台隔水管悬挂避台提供了新思路。 In the typhoon prevention process of semi-submersible drilling platform,both hard hang-off and soft hang-off of riser cannot fully meet the requirements of safe evacuation of platform under harsh environment.According to the characteristics of hard hang-off and soft hang-off,a riser flexible hang-off scheme is proposed,and a riser flexible hang-off system test device is designed according to similar principles.The test device mainly includes three parts:heave simulation system,motion compensation system and load.The pressure limit compensation method was adopted to simulate and analyze the riser flexible hang-off system test device by using Simulation X software.The simulation results show that the riser flexible hang-off system test device designed in this paper has functions of simulating platform heave and weakening dynamic load of risers,etc.;and the riser flexible hang-off device can reduce load acceleration with finite travel,which proves the feasibility of using riser flexible hang-off system to defend against typhoon.The research results of this paper provide a new idea for using riser hang-off system of semi-submersible drilling platform to defend against typhoon.
