摘要
火箭武器复杂度和可靠性之间的矛盾日益突出,为有效提高火箭武器的可靠性,需要深化对火箭武器故障及其规律的认识。在建立了某型火箭武器历史故障数据库的基础上,分别统计分析了故障的时间特性、分布情况和严酷度,分析总结了故障的原因及机理,给出了故障分类方法,为火箭武器的维护保养、优化设计和故障预测等与提高可靠性有关的工程实践提供参考。
As the contradiction between the complexity and reliability of rocket weapons becomes more and more serious,in order to improve the reliability of rocket weapons more effectively,designers need to deepen their understanding of the failure of rocket weapons.Based on the establishment of a historical fault database for a certain type of rocket weapon,the time characteristics,distribution and severity of the fault are statistically analyzed,the causes and mechanisms of the fault are analyzed and summarized,and a fault classification method is given.It provides reference for engineering practice related to improving the reliability of rocket weapon.
