摘要
传统皮带秤的性能易变,合格性能保持期往往不能满足正常要求,需要频繁校准。为了造出耐久性、稳定性、准确度等各项性能俱佳的新型皮带秤,从剖析传统皮带秤性能不佳的深层次原因入手,对皮带秤的经典理论提出了质疑,创立了新颖的皮带秤误差理论、改良了主要零部件的结构和形状、在数据处理程序中融入了物联网和智能计算技术及算法、仿照现场恶劣工况条件确立了高严酷度测试方法以实现严谨的验证,研发出经得起推敲的SA/ICS-ZL系列新型皮带秤。多次物料试验的结果表明,新型皮带秤的自动称量误差小于0.1%;在独创的模拟恶劣工况下进行的高严酷度耐久性试验结果不劣于0.2%,率先获得全球首家OIML0.2级皮带秤认证,并在用户现场得到了成功应用。
The conventional belt scales are inconstant,often failing to meet general performance retention requirements and requiring frequent calibration.To manufacture the belt weigher with better durability,stability,and accuracy,The SA/ICS-ZL series of new belt weighers were developed by analyzing the deep-rooted reasons for the poor performance of traditional belt weighers and questioning the classical theories of belt weighers,creating a novel error theory,improving the structure and shape of the main components,incorporating Internet of Things(Io T)and intelligent computing technology and algorithms into the data processing program,and establishing a rigorous testing method simulated with the harsh on-site working conditions.The results of material tests show that the automatic weighing error of the new belt weigher is less than0.1%;the results of the original durability test conducted under simulated severe conditions are not worse than 0.2%,and the new belt weigher is the first to be certified by the world’s first OIML class 0.2 belt weighers,and have been successfully applied in the user’s field.
