摘要
目的综合性评价中药坐浴联合微波治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月于大连市中医医院妇科住院并接受治疗的念珠菌性阴道炎患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,常规治疗基础上应用中药坐浴治疗方案;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合局部微波治疗方案。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、阴痒及灼痛消失时间、临床疗效变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分(1.33±0.58)分,阴痒消失时间(5.12±2.51)d,灼痛消失时间(6.28±1.38)d,总有效率93.33%(28/30)。对照组中医证候积分(4.29±0.62),阴痒消失时间(8.31±3.21)d,灼痛消失时间(9.53±2.27)d,总有效率83.33%(25/30)。试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药坐浴联合微波治疗可显著改善念珠菌性阴道炎患者菌群平衡,清热解毒、杀菌止痒、除湿抑菌,促进炎症细胞及组织在微波场运动中快速修复,显著提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with microwave in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.Methods from October 2018 to October 2019,60 patients with candidal vaginitis who were hospitalized and treated in the department of gynecology of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath on the basis of conventional treatment,30 cases in the experimental group were treated with local microwave treatment on the basis of the control group,and the changes of TCM syndrome score,the disappearance time of itching and burning pain,and the clinical effect of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,In the experimental group,the TCM syndrome score was(1.33±0.58)points,the disappearance time of Yin itching was(5.12±2.51)d,the disappearance time of burning pain was(6.28±1.38)d,and the total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30).In the control group,the TCM syndrome score was(4.29±0.62),the disappearance time of yin itching was(8.31±3.21)d,the disappearance time of burning pain was(9.53±2.27)d,and the total effective rate was 83.33%(25/30).The experimental groups were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with microwave treatment can significantly improve the flora balance of patients with candidal vaginitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
