摘要
成都中医药大学对中医学“5+3”一体化的人才培养模式做出了积极探索,以“院校教育与师承教育相结合”为抓手,将一体化学习分为中西医基础与传统文化教育、经典学习、临床专业教学与师承融入、临床实践与师承并存等4个阶段,设立相应考核机制,为培养中医卓越人才发挥积极作用,取得了一定成效。
The“5+3”integration of raditional Chinese medicine personnel training mode in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has made the positive exploration,in order to“education”the combination of school education and shicheng,and communities in the integration of learning can be divided into basic Chinese and western medicine and traditional culture education,classic study,clinical teaching,clinical practice and inherited the four stages,such as setting up corresponding appraisal mechanism,play a positive role to cultivate excellent talents of traditional Chinese medicine,has obtained certain achievements.
