摘要
高职英语教师职业的普遍性和特殊性决定了高职英语教师发展需要普遍而特殊的理论观、教学观和职业观。高职英语教师发展在理论的理想与现实、情境与常态、内隐与外显、言说与行动等多方面呈现出典型的个性化、实践性、排外性、隐含性和动态性特征;高职英语教师在教学中不仅要全面运用"兼纳优化"的综合教学观、"整体关联"的生态教学观和"促进自主"的能力教学观,而且要主动培育"以生为本"的情感教学观;高职英语教师的职业发展通常难以依靠诸多"相关却不相亲"的外部教育学术团体获取解决之道,可行的实践路径主要来自本群体的自我反思、同伴互助和专家引领。
The universality and particularity of the profession of English teachers in higher vocational colleges determine that their professional development requires universal and special views on theory,teaching and profession.The development of higher vocational English teachers shows typical characteristics of individuation,practicality,exclusion,implication and dynamics in many aspects,such as the aspects of theoretical ideal and reality,situation and normality,implicitness and explicitness,speech and action;In teaching concept,higher vocational English teachers should not only fully use the comprehensive teaching view of"accepting and optimizing",the ecological teaching view of"overall relevance"and the ability teaching view of"promoting autonomy",but also take the initiative to cultivate the"student-oriented"emotional teaching view;The career development of higher vocational English teachers is usually difficult to rely on other external educational academic groups to obtain solutions.The feasible practical path mainly comes from self-reflection,peer mutual help and expert guidance of the group.
