摘要
本文从未来教育的独特视角,展现了一位人文背景的教育学者跨入教育技术学专业,在博士点和专业建设开创过程中的艰难探索和心路历程。文章探索了教育技术学与教育学其他二级学科之间从理论基础、研究方法到课程体系、人才培养、价值导向等各方面的差异。作者认为,教育不仅创造着自身的未来,而且通过对未来社会创造者的培养架设起由现实通向未来的桥梁。信息时代的学习方式变革是教育变革的基石。文章阐述了以信息技术和学习科学为基石的当代教育技术学前沿发展之趋势,揭示该学科在教育理论与实践创新发展中的独特地位与价值,介绍了在教育技术学领域,以基础理论和国际比较为主攻方向的学术团队建设思路,尤其是高端专业人才培养所需要的学术规范、文化土壤、内在动力和凝聚力。文章在最后的反思与展望中提出,引领教育信息化的学术团队必须具备哲学的眼界与战略谋划水平、工程化的思维与系统创新能力、智能化的探索与健康之路的开拓精神。
This article unveils how a scholarly educator with a background of humanities and arts,after taking a leap into the field of educational technology,took on unthinkable hardship of exploration and a difficult psychological journey to create a doctoral program and to develop related academics.The article explores the differences between educational technology and other secondary disciplines of education in terms of their theoretical foundation,research methods,curricula,talent development,and value systems.It is the author’s view that education not only creates its own future but also bridges the gap between the present and the future via the development of creators for the future society.Revolution of learning styles of the information age is the stepping stone to education revolution.The article describes the developing trends taking place in the frontier of contemporary educational technology on the basis of information technology and learning sciences.It also explains the unique role educational technology plays and the values it holds in educational theories and the development of practice innovation.It offers new ideas for academic team development,especially academic regulation,cultural nutrients,inner motivation and cohesion,by making basic theories and international comparison as its main approach to the domain of educational technology.The article makes its final reflection and proposition that leading an educational information academic team requires a philosophical vision,strategic planning competence,engineering thinking and systematic creativity,intelligent exploration,and a creative spirit of a healthy approach.
