摘要
目的探讨右美托咪定在腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者快速康复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年6月在我院行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的60例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组麻醉诱导前静脉输注生理盐水,实验组麻醉诱导前静脉输注右美托咪定。比较两组患者T1、T2、T3、T4的VAS评分以及CRP水平,并记录两组患者的术后康复指标。结果T1时,两组患者的VAS评分、CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T2、T3、T4时,实验组的VAS评分、CRP水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组首次下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定应用于腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者中能够有效降低其应激反应,减轻其术后疼痛程度,缩短其术后康复时间,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine in rapid recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous infusion of normal saline before anesthesia induction, and the experimental group received intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction. The VAS scores and CRP levels at T1, T2, T3 and T4 were compared between the two groups, and the postoperative rehabilitation indicators of the two groups were recorded. Results At T1, no statistical difference was found in the VAS score and CRP level between the two groups(P >0.05). At T2, T3 and T4, the VAS scores and CRP levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). The first ambulation time, first anal exhaust time and postoperative hospitalication time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Dexmedetomidine in the application of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer can effectively reduce the stress response, relieve the postoperative pain, and shorten postoperative recovery time, which has higher application value.
