摘要
为研究断条故障引发噪声异变特征,以输油泵机组YBX-355M-2型三相异步电机为研究对象,利用有限元仿真分析电机断条故障前后气隙磁密度变化;构建电机定子模态周向阶次1-4阶有限元模型,得到振型及固有频率,耦合到噪声分析中得到谐振速率及声压变化。仿真结果表明:电机正常工作状态在500 Hz、1000 Hz和2400 Hz频率点出现谐振速率峰值,且幅值依次递减;当电机发生单个断条故障,上述3个频率点出现近似峰值,且幅值依次递增。该频谱分布特征可以用于判断断条故障。
In order to study the characteristics of noise variation caused by broken-bar fault,YBX-355 M-2 three-phase asynchronous motor of oil pump unit is taken as the research object,the finite element simulation is used to analyze the change of air gap magnetic density before and after broken-bar fault.Constructing the stator modal circumferential order 1-4 order finite element model,the vibration mode and natural frequency are obtained,and coupling to the noise analysis to obtain the resonance rate and sound pressure change.The simulation results show that:the normal working state of the motor is at 500 Hz,1000 Hz and it appears resonance rate peak are 2400 Hz frequency points,and the amplitude decreases in turn;when the motor has a single broken bar fault,the above three frequency points appear approximate peak,and the amplitude increases in turn.The spectrum distribution feature can be used to judge the broken bar fault.
