摘要
根据高职教育的职业性和高等性属性,从目标、形态和评价三个方面对高职金课的内涵特征进行剖析,提出高职金课是具有高阶目标、创新形态和基于职业岗位工作任务进行考核评价的课程。高职院校在开发金课时应遵循对接新时代背景下职业岗位“工作知识”、坚持工作过程系统化导向组织形式的技术路线,在实施金课教学时应探索打造学习共同体场域、构建智慧教学生态、使用真实性评价的改革策略,改变传统课程教学的环境、技术和考核方式。
According to the vocational and advanced nature of higher vocational education,the connotation characteristics of higher vocational gold courses are analyzed from the three aspects of objectives,forms and evaluations,and it is proposed that higher vocational gold courses have high-level goals,innovative forms and work based on professional positions.The task is to conduct assessment and evaluation courses.When developing golden courses,vocational colleges should follow the technical route of docking the“work knowledge”of professional positions under the background of the new era,and adhere to the systematization of work process-oriented organizational form.When implementing golden courses,they should explore creating a learning community field and building wisdom Teaching ecology,using the reform strategy of authenticity evaluation,change the environment,technology and assessment methods of traditional curriculum teaching.
