摘要 目的:评价改良菱形皮瓣修复颧部及颊部皮肤病变切除后缺损的效果。方法:患者皮肤病变切除后,于颧部或颊部邻近部位设计并切取改良菱形皮瓣,予以旋转推进修复。结果:自2017年2月至2019年12月,应用改良菱形皮瓣修复颧颊部皮肤缺损15例,男9例、女6例,年龄6~80岁。病变包括色素痣6例,疣状增生物4例,脂溢性角化病3例,鲍温病2例。术后皮瓣成活良好,切口一期愈合。12例随访2~12个月,皮肤病变均无复发,皮瓣色泽、质地较好,厚薄适中,切口瘢痕不显。结论:改良菱形皮瓣修复颧颊部皮肤缺损效果好。 Objective:To access the efficacy of a modified rhomboid flap in resurfacing the zygomatic or buccal skin and soft tissue defect.Methods:After a dermal lesion had radically been resected,a modified rhomboid flap was designed and taken to resurface the defect.Results:From February 2017 to December 2019,a total of 15 cases,including 9 males and 6 females with the age from 11 to 72,were treated by modified rhomboid flaps.The primary lesions included pigmented nevus in 6 cases,verrucous proliferators in 4,seborrheic keratosis in 3 and Bowen's disease in 2.All the flaps survived and the incision healed by first intension.Twelve patients were followed up for 2-12 months.There was no tumor reoccurred.The color and texture of the flaps were similar to the normal skin without obvious scar hyperplasia.Conclusion:The modified rhomboid flap in resurfacing the zygomatic or buccal skin and soft tissue defect is effective.
