摘要
在企业不断发展的过程中,传统的HR模式已经无法满足企业业务流程开展的要求。随着我国企业越来越重视在企业内部设立HRBP岗位,越来越多的企业已经通过HRBP创新模式为企业在激烈的市场竞争中提供了更加高效的人力资源对策,满足了企业长期可持续发展对人力资源管理工作提出的要求。论文主要就HRBP模式在企业管理中的应用进行了分析与探讨。
In the process of continuous development of enterprises,the traditional HR mode has been unable to meet the requirements of enterprise business process development.As China's enterprises attach more and more importance to the establishment of HRBP posts within the enterprise,more and more enterprises have provided more efficient human resources countermeasures for enterprises in the fierce market competition through the HRBP innovation mode,which meets the requirements of the long-term sustainable development of enterprises for human resources management work.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the application of HRBP mode in enterprise management.
