摘要
企业与高校在很多方面具有相似性,前者是向社会贡献高质量的产品,后者是为社会培养高素质的人才。目前企业管理中有很多优秀的管理模式值得借鉴和学习,如6S管理、PDCA循环以及六西格玛等,在企业管理中具有重要的作用并取得了不错的成效,然而目前将企业管理中的先进管理模式应用于高校学生管理中的探索较为少见,该文探索将部分优秀企业管理模式在高校管理中进行应用,以创新学生管理模式、提高管理效率,提高学生的综合素质和就业能力。
Enterprises and universities are similar in many aspects,the mission of the former is to contribute highquality products to the society,while the latter is to cultivate high-quality students for the society.At present there are a lot of good management modes in enterprise management,such as 6 S,PDCA cycle and six sigma.They played an important role in enterprise management and obtained good results.However,applying advanced management mode of enterprise management to student management in colleges and universities is relatively rare.In order to innovate management mode,to improve the efficiency of management,to improve the students’comprehensive quality and employment ability,this article explores the application of some excellent enterprise management modes to the management of colleges and universities students.
