摘要
为了准确评价工程水土保持工程效益等级,通过资料收集,从经济、社会、生态环境3个方面选取了12个评价指标,通过组合赋权分析各指标的权重,植被覆盖增加率、土地生产率权重最高,对水土保持综合效益影响最大,并使用未确知测度方法对选取的风电场工程、引水工程、灌区改造工程、河道整治工程、铁岭柴河水库光伏发电6个项目的水土保持效益等级进行评价,采取排水、挡水、生态护坡等形式具有较好的水土保持效益等级,为水土保持效益等级快速评价提供了新的方法。
In order to accurately evaluate the effectiveness degree of soil and water conservation project,12 evaluation indexes are selected from three aspects of economy,society and ecological environment through data collection.The weight of each index is analyzed by combination weighting.The weight of vegetation coverage increase rate and land productivity is the highest,which has the greatest impact on the comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation.The unascertained measurement method is used to evaluate the effectiveness degree of soil and water conservation of six selected projects:wind power project,water diversion project,irrigation district reconstruction project,river regulation project and photovoltaic power generation of Tieling Chaihe Reservoir.The form of drainage,water retaining and ecological slope protection have higher degree of effectiveness of soil and water conservation.The analysis provides a new method for rapid evaluation of soil and water conservation effectiveness.
