摘要
雨水资源管理和水土保持一直是流域治理的重点工作。近年来,国家就水土保持工程进行了积极的研究探索。探讨水土保持与雨水资源化的内在关联,进行降雨径流调节实现雨水资源化,解决干旱、半干旱地区的水资源短缺问题。论文就水土保持诱因展开论述,探讨水土保持与雨水资源化的内在关系,利用雨水控制理念进行降水资源的调节,以满足流域水土保持的迫切需求。
Rainwater resource management and soil and water conservation have always been the key work of watershed management.In recent years,the state has carried out active research and exploration on soil and water conservation projects.This paper discusses the internal relationship between soil and water conservation and rainwater recycling,adjusts rainfall runoff to realize rainwater recycling,and solves the problem of water shortage in dry and semi-arid areas.This paper discusses the inducement of soil and water conservation,discusses the internal relationship between soil and water conservation and rainwater recycling,and uses the concept of rainwater control to regulate precipitation resources to meet the urgent needs of water and soil conservation in the basin.
