摘要
基于生态圈建设理论,以“江苏省现代绿色建筑产教深度融合实训平台”建设为例,深入探讨实训平台建设中校企“共建、共管、共享”的机制建设、“面向岗位”的实训体系建设、“虚实一体”的实训资源建设及“多元共赢”的服务能力建设,以适应建筑行业的快速发展和转型升级,满足行业对高素质技能人才的迫切需求。
Based on the ecosphere theory,taking the construction of“the deep integration of industry and education training platform of Jiangsu modern green building”as an example,this paper deeply discusses the mechanism construction of“co-construction,co-management and sharing”between schools and enterprises,the construction of“post-oriented”training system,the construction of“virtual and real integration”training resources and the construction of“multi-win”service capacity in platform,so as to adapt to rapid development and transformation and upgrading to meet the industry’s urgent demand for high-quality skilled personnel.
