摘要
企业物流系统是协助中小塑料企业稳定发展的重要环节,物流管理是改善和优化企业物流系统的有效方法,根据中小塑料企业发展状况,对企业物流管理质量进行改进和评估,有效提升中小塑料企业的经营效率。以中小塑料相关企业为研究目标,针对物流管理在中小塑料企业发展中的重要作用,明确企业物流管理的优化方向,对中小塑料企业存在的问题进行归纳、分析,并提出中小塑料企业物流管理优化策略,完善中小塑料企业物流管理工作,提升企业的市场核心竞争力。
Enterprise logistics system is an important link to assist the stable development of small and medium-sized plastic enterprises,which can be improved and optimized by an effective way of logistics management.According to different development status,the quality of logistics management is improved and evaluated to effectively improve the business efficiency of small and medium-sized plastic enterprises.In view of the important role of logistics management in the development of small and medium-sized plastic enterprises,we clarified the optimization direction of enterprise logistics management,summarized and analyzed the problems existing in small and medium-sized plastic enterprises,and put forward logistics management optimization strategies so as to improve the logistics management and enhance the market core competitiveness of those enterprises.
