摘要
在智慧城市建设中,水资源的智慧化管理是其不可或缺的一环,智慧水务对促进城市的长期健康发展意义重大。以青岛市某精细化工厂为例,将人工智能技术与物联网技术相结合并运用于该化工厂智慧污水管控系统中,通过一系列传感器采集动态数据,实现对水质质量的实时监测。该智慧污水管控系统应用深度学习中的长短期记忆(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)神经网络对设备故障进行预测,设计并实现了基于强化学习和专家系统的智能运行模块对该污水处理装置进行管理。初步实验结果表明:该系统可以实现对小型化、分布式的智慧污水管控系统的智能运行和预测性维护,具有可行性且运行稳定。
As intelligent management of water resources has been an indispensable part of the construction of intelligent city,intelligent water service is significant to long-term healthy development of cities.By using a fine chemical plant in Qingdao as an example,this paper combines the artificial intelligence techno-logy with the Internet of Things(IoT)technology,and applies them to the chemical plant's intelligent sewage management and control system.The dynamic data is acquired through a series of sensors to real-time monitor water quality.The system applies the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)neural network in deep learning to predict equipment failures,designs and implements an intelligent operation module based on reinforcement learning and expert system to manage the sewage treatment equipment.The result of the preliminary experiment shows that the system realizes intelligent operation and predictive maintenance of a miniaturized and distributed intelligent sewage management and control system,and the system is feasible and stable.
