摘要 预警机是军工电子设备力量的核心产品,代表着军工电子设备的尖端技术水平和发展方向,电源模块、天线阵面、阵列部件和变频集成电路部件等构成了预警机雷达系统。其中,天线阵的结构功能壳体、变频电路的组件壳体是天线阵面结构的核心部件,其加工质量、效率决定着预警机的技术指标、质量以及生产过程的效率。预警机雷达结构件结构复杂,制造精度高,数量多。加工时存在着零件材料的去除率较高、薄壁深腔工序复杂,六面特征夹频繁,加工容易变形等问题。为了保证雷达结构的生产和制造质量,提出了一种以机器视觉为基础的尺寸测量算法,该算法经过试验证实,可以有效地测量预警雷达结构的尺寸。 As the core product of military electronic equipment,early warning aircraft represents the advanced technology level and development direction of military electronic equipment.Power module,antenna array,array components,frequency conversion integrated circuit components,etc.constitute the early warning aircraft radar system.Among them,the shell of structure and function parts of antenna array and the shell of frequency conversion circuit assembly are the core parts,whose processing quality and efficiency determine the technical index,quality and development and production cycle of the early warning aircraft.There are many problems in the process of processing,such as high material removal rate of parts,thin-walled deep cavity,complex process,frequent clamping of hexahedral features and easy deformation during processing.In order to ensure the manufacturing quality of radar structural parts,a dimension detection algorithm based on machine vision is proposed to measure the radar structural parts.The experiments show that this algorithm can effectively measure the size of radar structural parts of early warning aircraft.
