摘要
本文的理论思想基于深度的精益“5S”管理和现代PDCA思想的结合,对5S管理体系进行了全新构建,将PDCA循环融入到5S管理制度的构建中,搭建生产现场管理体系。从企业运营的角度进行优化,使得生产现场滚动式“5S”执行情况有条不紊的进行并不断深化,让精益思想深入人心。本文对开展滚动式“5S”管理有启发和指导意义,为广大国内小微企业开展全面5S管理导入精益生产管理思维提供借鉴。
The theoretical ideas of this paper are based on the combination of in-depth lean"5S"management and modern PDCA ideas,and a new construction of the 5S management system is carried out,the PDCA cycle is integrated into the construction of the 5S management system,and the production site management system is built.Optimized from the perspective of enterprise operations,the cycling"5S"implementation on the production site can be carried out in an orderly manner and continuously deepened,making lean thinking deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.This paper has enlightening and guiding significance for the development of cycling"5S"management,and provides reference for the majority of domestic small and micro enterprises to carry out comprehensive 5S management and introduce lean production management thinking.
