摘要 运维效率的提高是当下风电后市场面临的重大困境,基层运维人员对于故障的认知以及在风电机组极端运维条件下的情感状态对运维结果有着较大的影响.该文提出了一种基于认知计算的WINDRIVE运维管理模型.以风电机组匝间短路故障为例,将情感节点考虑在内,以证据承载机会(EBO)及概率分布展示了潜在变量和故障认知(Cognition)之间的关系.最后,运用马尔科夫链蒙特卡洛(MCMC)方法模拟了运维人员的认知计算结果.该模型可以得到运维人员对于特定故障更加全面的认知计算结果,方便电力企业对于运维人员的操作水平进行准确把握并进行高效派遣及管理,应用空间广阔. In order to improve the efficiency of wind power fault operation and maintenance,a WINDRIVE O&M management model based on cognitive computing is proposed,to calculate the ability of the O&M personnel and the emotional state in the face of extreme O&M scenarios.Taking the inter-turn short-circuit fault of wind turbines as an example,the emotional nodes are taken into account,and the relationship between potential variables and fault cognition is demonstrated by the evidence-bearing opportunity(EBO)and probability distribution.Finally,the MCMC method was used to simulate the cognitive calculation results of the O&M personnel.This model can obtain more comprehensive cognitive calculation results of O&M personnel for the fault of specific scenarios,which is convenient for power companies to accurately grasp the operation level of O&M personnel and perform efficient dispatch and management.It has wide application space.
