摘要
风力发电能够降低发电成本,提升发电的环保性。随着社会用电需求量的不断增加,风电企业的规模不断扩大,这就会增加风电企业的管理难度。并且,受到市场的约束,风电企业的利润开始出现下滑现象,其管理制度也不够完善和规范,阻碍着风电企业的良好发展。本文对风电设备及其利用,以及风电企业管理现状进行分析,并就提升风电企业管理效率的对策进行探讨。
Wind power can reduce cost of power generation and improve environmental protection of power generation.With increasing power demand of the society,scale of wind power enterprises have been expanding,which increases difficulty of management of wind power enterprises.Moreover,profits of wind power enterprises have begun to decline due to market constraints,and imperfect and non standard management system also hinders development of wind power enterprises.The article analyzes wind power equipments and its utilization,and current situation of management of wind power enterprises,and discusses countermeasures to improve management efficiency of wind power enterprises.
