摘要
文章以某100t/h燃煤循环流化床烟气钙基湿法脱硫系统的除雾器改造项目为例,对项目的设计条件、现存问题和技改方案进行分析论证,介绍了折板与管束式除尘除雾器改造方案的主要技改目标、技改内容和应用效果。技改完成后,除雾器出口烟尘折算浓度≤10mg/Nm^3、雾滴浓度≤30mg/Nm^3、阻力≤700Pa,达到工艺设计目标,满足超低排放要求。
Taking the transformation project of a 100t/h circulating fluidized bed flue gas calcium-based wet desulfurization system as an example,this paper analyzed and demonstrated the design conditions,existing problems and technological transformation scheme of the project,and introduced the main objectives,contents and application effects of the technological transformation scheme of baffle-plate and tube-bundle dust-collecting demisters.After the technological transformation,the converted smoke dust concentration at the outlet of the demisters is≤10mg/Nm^3,the droplet concentration is≤30mg/Nm^3,and the resistance is≤700Pa,thus reaching the process design objectives and meeting the requirements of ultra-low emissions.
