摘要
随着上海步入存量资产时代,城市更新已成为上海旧城改造、提升城市全球竞争力的重要方式。本文介绍了英国旧城改造的时代背景,通过分析英国伦敦莎德泰晤士码头、斯皮塔菲尔德市场和城市路船坞三大区域更新案例,阐述了伦敦内城为提升全球竞争力,在空间结构优化、城市功能调整、建筑保护利用、城市风貌塑造、人文活力提升等方面充分保护高价值历史遗产与在地人文特色符号、考虑用地混合与城市功能复合发展、调整空间结构与周边产业联动关系、丰富城市活动与社会融合发展,成功地塑造出具有伦敦文化标签的城市地标。本文希望通过总结伦敦旧城改造的经验教训,为上海城市更新提供参考与借鉴。
As Shanghai enters the era of stock real estate,urban renewal has become an important development method for Shanghai,transforming the old city and enhancing its global competitiveness.This paper introduces the historical background of the regeneration of the old London city in the United Kingdom and analyzes three urban renewal cases,including Shad Thames Wharf,Spitalfields Market,and City Road Dock in London.It enunciates how inner London enhances global competitiveness and successfully creates a city landmark with the cultural label by protecting the highvalue historical heritage and local cultural symbols,considering the mixed development of land use and urban functions,adjusting the relationship between the spatial structure and surrounding industries,and enriching the integrated development of urban activities and society.This paper aims to provide several recommendations and suggested plans for Shanghai's urban renewal projects by examining the historical process of London's old city renewal projects.
