摘要
目的对比分析无症状性心房颤动患者导管消融治疗与药物治疗的效果。方法选择健康体检人群筛查的无症状性心房颤动患者46例,23例为导管消融组,23例为药物治疗组(胺碘酮+贝那普利+辛伐他汀),治疗后1、3、6、9、12个月定期随访,观察2组窦性节律维持率,左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及生活质量。结果随访12个月导管消融组窦性节律维持率高于药物治疗组(P<0.05),LAD低于药物治疗组(P<0.05),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),导管消融组的生活质量量表各评分水平高于药物治疗组(P<0.05)。结论导管消融治疗无症状性心房颤动患者的疗效优于药物治疗,窦性节律维持率高,缩小左房内径,改善生活质量。
Objective To compare the efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)and pharmacotherapy in asymptomatic atrial fibrillation patients.Methods 46 cases with atrial fibrillation were selected in health examination people and the cases were divided into RFCA group(n=23)and drug treatment group(amiodarone+benazepril+simvastatin).The cases were followed up for one month,three months,six months,nine months and twelve months after treatment,and the maintain sinus rhythm,left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),and the quality of life were observed in two groups.Results The rate of sinus rhythm maintenance in the RFCA group was higher than that in the pharmacotherapy group after 12 months of following-up(P<0.05),the LAD was lower than that in the pharmacotherapy group(P<0.05),there was no difference in the LVEDD between two groups(P>0.05),and the quality of life scale scores in the RFCA group were higher than that in the pharmacotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The RFCA is more effective than drug therapy in the treatment of patients with asymptomatic atrial fibrillation.
