摘要
基于ABAQUS有限元软件,模拟分析了PHC管桩抱箍式机械连接轴拉承载性能。结果表明:抱箍式机械连接的零部件均可满足PHC管桩桩身轴拉设计值要求;抱箍式机械连接轴拉力传力路线不直接,位移变形相对大;零部件应力分布相对不均匀,六角高强螺钉与U型抱箍卡之间存在先后屈服的现象。建议将U型抱箍卡上的六角高强螺钉孔设置为椭圆孔,预留一定的滑动空间,避免螺钉发生材料屈服现象。
Based on ABAQUS,the axial tension bearing capacity of hoop type mechanical connection of PHC pile is analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the mechanical parts of hoop type connection joint can meet the bearing requirements of PHC piles axial tension design value;the tension transmission route of hoop type mechanical connection shaft is not direct,and the displacement deformation is relatively large;the stress distribution of parts is relatively uneven,and there is the phenomenon of yielding successively between hexagon high strength screw and U-shaped hoop clamp.It is suggested that the hexagon high-strength screw hole on the U-type hoop should be set as an ellipse hole,and a certain sliding space should be reserved to avoid the material yield phenomenon of the screw.
