当今社会经济科技迅速发展,同时也为建筑行业如火如荼的发展创造了有利条件。就当前经济发展水平较高地区的城市人口过多,城市空间过分压缩的现状来看,国家经济快速发展再加上国家政策的积极推动,城市化进程只会更胜从前,为更好的应对城市大幅上升的人口数量,缓解城市居住压力,往往会兴建大量高层建筑,因此对于地基基础和桩基础施工方面要求更加严格。地基基础决定上层建筑,只有如此,才能更加有效地确保建筑工程的整个施工质量会有所提高,提高建筑结构的稳定性与安全性。
