摘要
当前,社会公众在关于民族的振兴与进步、国家的兴旺与繁荣、社会的发展、科技的创新均与教师的作用密切相关这一观念上达成了共识。“四有”好老师的提出,为教师职业的发展指明了方向。研究教师专业情怀的内涵及特征、意义,以及在此基础上分析当前乡村教师专业情怀方面存在的问题及原因,结合小学教育专业学生实习心得,就乡村教师专业情怀的培养提出具有建设性的策略,能够为教师培养提供一定的理论支撑。
At present,increasingly more attention has been paid to the idea that the rejuvenation and progress of the nation,the prosperity of the country,the development of society and the innovation of science and technology are closely related to the role of teachers.The proposal of good teachers with“Four Haves”points out the direction for the development of teachers’profession.This paper studies the connotation,characteristics and significance of teachers’professional passion and analyzes the existing problems and causes of rural teachers’professional passion,combined with the practice experiences of Primary School Education majors,puts forward some constructive strategies to cultivate rural teachers’professional passion,which can provide some certain theoretical support for teacher cultivation.
