地方院校公费师范生职业情感融入式养成探析 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,地方院校公费师范生培养规模逐渐扩大,学历层次逐渐提高,为提升地方基础教育质量带来新的机遇。要抓住和利用好这一机遇,公费师范生养成教育至关重要。要想使公费师范生从被动的“协议性约束”,变为主动的“职业向往”,从眼前的“就业需要”,变为长远的“高级需求”,职业情感发挥着“内源性”的重要作用。因此,在新的机遇面前,需要更新教育理念,突破知识技能教育模式,将教师职业情感教育和素质养成深度融入到教育教学之中,从而更好地实现公费教育的目的,促进教师队伍的稳定和乡村教育的振兴。 In recent years,the training scale of public-funded normal students in local colleges has been gradually expanded,and the educational level has been gradually improved,bringing new opportunities for improving the quality of local basic education.It is very important to seize this opportunity to cultivate students of public-funded normal schools.Professional emotion plays an important role of“endogenous”in the change of public-funded normal students from passive“agreement restraint”to active“professional yearning”,from immediate“employment need”to long-term“high demand”.Facing new opportunities,it is necessary to renew educational concepts,break through the educational pattern for knowledge and skills,and integrate teachers'professional emotional education and quality cultivation into education and teaching,so as to better realize the goal of public-funded education,to promote the stability of the teaching staff and the revitalization of rural education.
